2.1 Scope of Services
MYLE Beauty Bar provides premium beauty services including:
- Hair care services (coloring, perming, straightening, cutting, treatments)
- Nail care services (gel manicure, gel pedicure, hand & foot spa)
- Scalp treatment services
- Other services as specified in our service menu
2.2 Service Quality
We are committed to providing high-quality services with premium products and professional stylists. However, service results may vary depending on individual hair condition and health.
3. Booking and Cancellation
3.1 Making Appointments
- Bookings can be made via LINE, phone, or website
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance
- Bookings are confirmed once confirmed by our staff
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time
3.2 Cancellation and Changes
- 24 hours advance notice: Can cancel or change without charge
- Less than 24 hours notice: May incur 30% service fee
- No-show: May incur 50% service fee
- Late more than 15 minutes: We reserve the right to cancel and may charge a fee
3.3 Changes by Salon
We reserve the right to change or cancel appointments in emergencies, such as stylist unavailability or force majeure. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and arrange a new appointment.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Service Pricing
- Service prices are displayed in our menu and website
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Final prices will be confirmed at the start of service
4.2 Payment
- Cash or credit/debit card payment
- QR Code payment (PromptPay)
- Gift voucher or package payment
- All payments must be completed before leaving the salon
4.3 Deposits and Packages
- Some services may require a deposit
- Deposits are non-refundable in case of customer cancellation
- Packages and gift vouchers have expiry dates and are non-refundable or exchangeable
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information to us, including relevant allergy history, health conditions, and hair care history.
5.2 Aftercare
- Follow aftercare instructions provided by stylist
- Use recommended care products
- Notify us immediately if you experience problems after service
5.3 Appropriate Behavior
You agree to behave politely and appropriately towards staff and other customers. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask you to leave in case of inappropriate behavior.
6. Warranties and Limitations of Liability
6.1 Work Guarantee
- If unsatisfied with results, please notify immediately before leaving
- We will fix free of charge within 7 days if caused by salon error
- Guarantee does not cover customer neglect or use of inappropriate products
6.2 Limitation of Liability
MYLE Beauty Bar will not be responsible for any damages arising from:
- Providing inaccurate or incomplete information
- Not following aftercare instructions
- Allergies or side effects not disclosed in advance
- Pre-existing damaged hair condition
- Unrealistic or technically unachievable expectations
6.3 Liability Cap
Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on MYLE Beauty Bar website and media, including logos, photos, videos, and text, is the intellectual property of MYLE Beauty Bar. Unauthorized use violates the law.
You grant us permission to use photos of your results for marketing and promotion. If you do not wish this, please inform us.
8. Privacy
The collection and use of your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to us collecting and using your information as stated in the policy.
9. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failures in performing duties arising from events beyond our control, including: natural disasters, war, epidemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.

If any dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first to resolve the issue amicably.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted according to Thai law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts only.
